Yoga Therapy

Yoga Therapy therapy can help you alleviate the symptoms of many ailments by working with a Certified Yoga Therapist to design a prescriptive yoga practice that is unique to you. An ongoing relationship with an experienced YT will improve fundamental elements of health like; sleep, stress, mobility, range of motion, personal outlook and a sense of well-being.


Functional Group

Functional Group Yoga Therapy is offered to small groups of individuals who have the same or similar symptoms in common. Courses are eight weeks long and a specialized , progressive curriculum is designed and taught by a Certified Yoga Therapist. Adaptations can be made for any level of ability.
